Prepare

Before the briefing.

The helmet is in the hall. The clothes are yours. If you arrive wrong, you watch the next group instead of driving it.

Feet

Closed shoes

Sneakers or boots with a closed toe. Sandals stay in the lobby. A loose lace is a reason to sit out.

Legs

Denim or a track pant. Shorts are turned away. The kart is low and the barrier is concrete.

Hair

Anything that can reach the visor gets tied before the helmet goes on. Scarves and hoods with strings come off.

Time

Be in the lobby before the briefing starts. Miss the talk and the group leaves without you.

It waits on the bench. You do not bring your own unless the briefing says so. Visor down when you are told, not before.
